I have decided to redo Ravenwear 100% and I have marked down items they are on sale for a limited time and when they are gone they are gone I will be deleting 100's of items! So dont miss out! I also cleaned my inventory and have hidden 5 boxes marked for sale $0 orginal for the first people to find they have alot of items that I used to have in my inventory so a grab bag of stuffies enjoy!

Pricing to rent half the island and more info

half the island is 7500 prims for 45,000 lindens or 1/4 of the island which is 3250 prims and the cost is $22,500 lindens per month. Rent would be due on the 1st of the month. You would have control over your part of the island and it would be private separated from my side by water and you would have full control over the parcel etc. It would just be a flat island for you to make commercial residentual whatever you prefer! Island for rent!

I am going to be renting out half of the island to an interested party so the rest of the island will be getting a huge redo. I want to thank everyone for their patience!!!! If you know anyone interested in renting half an island for a very reasonable rate please let me know! I am very flexible as far as the land configuration and privacy for the rented half of the island. It will really be up to the renter and what they prefer thanks!

ravenwear is looking for you!

Looking for designers/sl business etc that are interested in renting main stores for long term for very reasonable pricing depending of course on prims needed for use. The sim will have a bit of a whimsical feel with bright colors, lots of greenery etc sort of surrealistic. As a co occupant on the isle you will have free use of the island for your events fashion shows or whatever else you might wish to hold. So this is sort of more of a communistic setting than just a normal rental. This way we can work together to nurture our sl businesses and help have as much fun as possible! New outfit and why I have been away

For those of you that love the latex I have a new set with paisley material and a corset that zips up the front and laces in the back. Including Bliensen, Dark River, WeirdSh*t, Stuff by Riley *who came up with the brain idea hehe* Brat Designs, Fashionity Fantasy, and like omg!Kindred Retail just to name a few Plus Jabberwocky hid 15-20 brains alone! Brigning the total to well over 38 brains! All the brains are located throughout the island so check all over! None are in the sky all are on the island. Ravenwear Designer Contest!

Thats right we want to do our part to support the new talent in SL! If you are a designer of clothing, skin, hair, shoes poses, weapons etc etc or accessories please send me a folder with some pics of your designs, information on how long you have been creating, a notecard with a lm to your current store, what you make, and any other info you would like to put in it. You may send samples if you like that is up to you. Please name the folder Designer Contest *your name* and drop it on me before August 5th .

The first prize winner will have a custom shop and 100 prims to use to place their items or decorate the shop with! They will also have their own landing parcel. You will also be advertised on my blog and to the group when they move in. This shop space will be free for six months after that we will discuss further occupation of the shop or if you need mroe prims etc

This contest is for designers that have started their stores no more than 2 months ago and do not have a main shop in secondlife yet or are willing to move their main shop to the island. Main shopping being defined as a store that has a landing point that goes directly to their shop renting in malls is fine etc etc. You can create mens, womens, avatars, hair, skins, clothing, jewelry etc etc. You must sell your own designs no business in a box stores allowed.

The last shop that won this is Helena Compton's +Plus store she has done really well with her business and is now featured in blogs! So what are you waiting for it might launch your career!

Why is Raven so quiet???? Well I am working on a lot of new hair styles for the hair fair!!!! I am also finishing up those new skins which are coming out really nice I love the new eye makeups some subtle some a bit more wild! So just wanted to give you an update!
