Last minute gift

I was looking for a fast gift for my boyfriend just something a little extra to add into the mix. I racked my brain on what I could get and at the last minute that means battling stores. The traffic and crowds have been so bad lately I can not even imagine what they look like inside. So I thought of the things he likes to do: music, sports, and Internet Slots. So I got to thinking how easy would it be to get him a credit for his favorite online gaming? It would be a great gift that would allow him to have some fun gambling and would get me another gift for his stocking. He is definitely going to be pleased with it and surprised. Boyfriends do not expect their girlfriends to get them something related to online gaming.

He can also get a Blackjack Download on the website to try something new. I love blackjack the rules are easy and it is a lot of fun. Very fast paced game and easy to get into. My boyfriend is trying to teach me poker but I have a hard time remembering what comes before what. So blackjack is definitely more my game. I figure by giving the gift of online gambling he can use it when he gets bored to keep him entertained. I am really excited for Christmas this year it should be a great year.

Poker Flash is my boyfriends favorite online gambling. I am trying to learn all of the high hands. He used to do gambling in a friends house for chips only but now he can do it from the comfort of his home. He loves it! This year i think he will have fun from the comfort of his big, squishy office chair honing in on his poker skills all thanks to my gift!

Career change

I have been looking into changing careers. There is always such a demand for the medical field. I am looking at starting schooling so i can join the field. I think I would enjoy working with people and a steady fast paced career. I have a cousin in the home health care field. She has convinced me to give it a shot I also like the fact you can wear scrubs. They are comfortable and even come in a lot of styles now. The old school nursing uniforms were not as comfortable but they were cute I have to say. At least they make comfortable shoes today that can be worn. The thought of walking around in heels all day up and down the hospital halls brings a cringe to my face!

I signed up for a nursing class at the local college and am really excited. I feel like I am finally making my way somewhere in the world. I was doing little jobs here and there but not really a career. This will be a complete change of pace. I am a little nervous but I do know that in the end it will all be worth it. Steady work in a field that is always needed. I guess nursing will now be a family tradition! I have to say we do not have any male nurses in the family though just girls. You will all see my walking the halls in my green scrubs soon enough with a smile on my face knowing I am headed into a good direction!

Striped Christmas cookies

Guest post written by Annie Sloop

Instead of making things like pies for our big Christmas meals, I've always liked making a bunch of different kinds of Christmas cookies. I've actually found that I can do that in less time than when I make a cake or something. Plus, cookies are so much easier to send home with people at the end of the get-together anyway.

I plan on doing the same thing this year and I've already been looking for a bunch of new recipes to make for the Christmas cookies this year. As I was doing that I came across the website Clearwireinternet.com and after I read through it I ordered one of the home packages from it.

One new recipe that I'm going to make is striped Christmas cookies. They looked really different and would add in some real variety to the cookie selection. I think I'm also going to include a some gingerbread men cookies, homemade oreos, pumpkin whoopee pies and some traditional Christmas sugar cookies that I'm letting the kids decorate with icing and candy.

Cleaning for holiday company

Why is it at Christmas time pets decide to make the most mess? They seem to have a radar that people will be coming to visit you and you want your house to look the best. I am always looking for an affordable carpet cleaning austin area. This keeps my carpets looking so much nicer. With all the rain and icky weather the dogs keep bringing in horrible foot prints. It is so nasty to see these brown feet on my nice light colored carpeting. Having the carpets cleaned is not as bad as it seems. Just pick up the small thing and they will move the furniture to and fro as they clean. I always heard it was good to get berber carpet. But you do need berber rug cleaning austin area as well to keep the dingy look away. I do not think there is a good carpet for dogs!

While i had a company out I decided it was also time to get the air ducts cleaned. You would not think how gross they get as no one is up there. It seems mold and dust love to hang out in those ducts which makes me none to happy with the allergies I suffer. I learned about the air duct cleaning process austin style so I knew what I was in for. Since I had the air ducts cleaned my allergies are bugging me less and the house has a fresher scent. I am very pleased with the process and would definitely stick with the recommended maintenance for it.

Misfits concert

This past week I was blessed to go see The Misfits a punk band at a medium sized venue in the city. It was a cold night and no one wanted to wait in line for the box office it was so annoying. Without the use of some crowd control devices it would have been sheer chaos. On top of that lets imagine a bunch of punk rock, spike wearing kids pushing their way through the crowd. If you know anything about punk music you will know that past of the attraction is not caring. In other words this was not the kinda crowd that required a velvet rope. The people were really interesting to see all of the mohawks and the colored hair. As we filed into the venue there were also alot of barricades to keep people away from the stage.

I was lucky enough to have all access passes so I could interview the misfits for a local magazine. I was let behind the stanchions and lead back to an elevator to go upstairs to see the Misfits in person. They were very well spoken and still kicked ass despite being around for 33 years. I had a great time and really enjoyed the show. I got some great shots of Jerry Only on stage and loved the fact the music sounded the same live as on the album! All three of the band really played their instruments hard and brought it to the crowd. At the end of the show I meandered back out into the freezing streets but warm and fuzzy inside thanks to being able to meet one of my favorite bands!

Christmas list for dad

My dad always asks me what I would like for Christmas every year like clockwork. This year I have had a difficult time coming up with an answer to that question. It is not that I do not want anything but do I need something. Electronics are always popular but it is very difficult to find something you need and soon your house becomes filled with all of these gizmos you do not know what to do with. Recently i had a purse that bit the dust after many years of servitude so I decided that would be an amazing and practical gift.

I have taste that is very different compared to most people. They might want a Gucci or Prado bag I personally go for something with a little bit of individuality. I adore the designer Betsey Johnson. She is quirky and flirty but also practical. The purses are young at heart and go with alot of today's styles and fashions. Her small exotica design purse is just adorable and would make a lovely addition to any Christmas party ensemble.

Guess
is another brand of purses I tend to navigate to. I love the stylish runway quality looks that they bring to the masses. I currently have a Guess purse that is adorable and very army chic. I have used it for the past 6 months and it is very well made. The new cougar hobo style Guess purse really tickles my fancy.

My Christmas list to my dad will definitely contain some hand bags from both of these designers!

Family bonding over gingerbread houses

Guest post written by Loretta Pines

When my daughter is home from college, she likes to sleep in late. But I also like to try and do fun activities with her like going shopping and things like that so that we can bond and get more quality time together when we can. She feels the same way I think and always tries to make sure that she doesn't have to study when she comes home on the weekends.

For when she came home for Thanksgiving, I wanted to do something fun and Christmas-y, so I went looking online with our CLEAR INTERNET for some inspiration. There were all kinds of things that I found, but I wasn't really into making any ornaments together because we already have so many that we can't even fit all of them on our tree!

The idea that I decided on was to make a gingerbread house together. I suggested us making two, and her take one of them back to her dorm room, but I don't think that she really had the room for that. So we just stuck to the one big gingerbread house to keep at home.

Festive centerpiece for year-round

Guest post written by Annie Wagoner

I'm a big believer in that if I'm going to do something, I'm going to get the most payoff for it. So when it comes to doing crafts, I try to put together things that I really need or am going to be able to use for a long time. When I do Christmas crafts though, I like that I can use them again and again year after year. Or, I at least make them that way so that I can.

I decided that I would make a table centerpiece for my dining room that would fit in for the holidays, but that I could maybe leave up year-round, just because I'm lazy. So I went online to try and find some ideas for it, when I came across these satellite internet offers and chose to click here and order one of them.

I found a candle centerpiece idea that I thought would be perfect for what I was looking for. I just bought several different candles of varying heights and colors, including gold, silver and white and just arranged them all neat looking in the center of my table.

Holiday crafts for the kids

Guest post written by Brent Walsh

Normally, it's not even Christmas Eve before the kids have gone stir crazy from being home from school for just a couple of days. Plus, me and my wife are normally stir crazy by them being stir crazy by then too. So I thought that this year we would plan way ahead and make sure that the kids are occupied until it's time for them to open their presents on Christmas Day and to possibly keep them from begging to open one of their presents early.

I was looking online after I got home from work a couple of days ago to see what I could get them to make that they would actually be willing and enjoy doing. When I was looking for that stuff, I saw some information about a CLEAR internet online offer and made the decision to change over our internet access to it. I've been so fed up with our old internet company for a while, that I had been meaning to shop around for another company soon anyway.

I found some eco-friendly holiday crafts that I think the kids are going to love, or at least IÕm praying they will.

Voice acting and the importance in commercials!

I have recently been branching out into other areas for internet business. You ever wonder where those perfect voices come from that introduce us to thousand of products and services a year? I discovered this awesome website for video production. They offer a wide variety of services. This is something i have always been interested in checking out for myself. The voices and productions that just captivate you require alot of resources. You need to find a good production team, a talented director filled with new ideas and some animated voice actors. Some of my favorites are the ones featuring the cartoon like voices they just grab you. We also can not forget the commanding voices of sport announcers that just draw you into the action of an event even when you are unable to see it! Male and female voices provide different draws for different products. Could you imagine a female doing the narration for such commercials as Lowes? It just would not work for me but you hear Gene Hackman doing a great job convincing shoppers that Lowes is a trusted store for your building needs. A voice in a commercial is a very important part if not the most important part of the commercial. Humans are taught to respond to what they know and hearing another human voice relay emotion invokes a response in us all. That is why it is important to make sure your audio production is perfect!

Radio commercial production is far different than tv commercial production but the end result is the same. You want to be able to evoke a thought or feeling in the listener with or without a product to visually see in front of them. Sound is one of the best ways to communicate with the masses. Hiring a good quality team is key in getting your message across. As a modern technology we really rely on commercials to get our product known and who has not wanted to purchase something after seeing a well done commercial. Always go for quality over discount as the old saying goes you get what you pay for.

The Walking Dead comes to us weekly!

Have you seen the new series the Walking Dead on AMC? It really is a worth watch new series. I can not believe we are at the point in the world where a zombie series can come along and actually be successful and worth watching! My roommate was nice enough to dvr it for me on direct tv and we spent a nice evening watching it while eating a yummy dinner. I know who would think zombie guts would go well with dinner? Well it worked out for me! The cast was surprisingly good especially for being on a new series stemming off of a channel that is not known for its tv shows. If it was a bigger channel like Showtime or HBO I could definitely have expected the quality that I received in the Walking Dead series. Directv definitely made the viewing experiences alot easier since it was easy to find. The series is definitely a worth while event. I would recommend checking it out but it would be better if you were able to watch the first three episodes before catching the most recent one. The effects are surprisgly well done. I was always a fan of the George Romero zombie flicks more than any of the other attempts at zombie creations. This one is definitely worth it! The series airs Sunday nights at 10 on AMC check your directv packages for channel number and listing info.

Christmas Lights And Woodpiles

Contribution by German Flowers

Late autumn is a busy time for homeowners in my small Vermont town. Raking leaves, putting up storm windows and moving outdoor furniture into sheds are weekend projects for many of my neighbors.

I've been getting ready, myself. My house has those new windows, so I don't have to wrestle with the storm windows. I still have to make sure to have the furnace checked and the chimneys swept before heating season gets too far along. One afternoon always seems to be spent watching for the heating oil delivery man.

Every year I put off moving the summer's wood pile and stacking it closer to the house. Even with the furnace, sometimes it's nice to have a fire. Plus, if we're all going to be in the same room anyway, why heat the whole house? I wait until November most years, sometimes stacking wood in the snow.

My favorite winter preparation, though, is decorating the house. I know the neighbors think I'm crazy for putting the lights up so early, but there's something about that first night, after working in the crisp, leaf-scented air. I can't wait to watch my satellite television from bestchoicetv.com with the tiny lights shining in the windows. It makes me think winter is really almost here.

Don't Mistake Existentialism For Living Or

Content by Levi Mcpherson

Students in liberal arts schools are tempted with the thinking of people whose minds internalized the world and its problems language of thought of the blase thinker. When not being regaled by John Wayne on direct tv satellite packages, I read such books as Being and Nothingness by Jean Paul Sartre. Listen and tell me why so many of us starving philosophers drown in the intoxicating thought language of Jean Paul Sartre. "Temporality is evidently an organized structure." When using the concept of time in philosophical discourse, the parts of time accepted by all people as proof without needed evidence or a "given" are time past, present and future. The "infinite series of 'nows' in which some are not yet and others are no longer- but rather as the structured moments of an original synthesis" or in the observation of what might be considered time as having passed "temporality" is perceived.

That existentialism conquered the world of philosophy in France and found many advocates in California is a givenbecause we have witnessed it in various movements. The postulate is why would a world turn away from reality into a wall facing nowhere and call that real and true? The withdrawal of post modern man has been a shadow play of lets pretend we care about living.

Fall fun days!

In the midst of life we all need to get away with a good release. For some people it is travel for others movies or music events. I personally love a good metal show. The energy, the screaming and chanting of the crowd. I was looking forward to seeing Ozzy Osbourne. A little interesting tidbit I read is that Ozzy has weird genetics. Apparently researchers are studying his DNA and have found he is mutant which is why he did not die from all the drugs and alcohol. I know it sounds weird I had to reread it lol Now they are not saying he is mutant like xmen just in some way he has a tolerance. This is not why I wanted to see him but I thought it was an interesting side bar. He is playing at St Pete. You can find some great tickets at ST. PETE TIMES FORUM TICKETS

There is something about football games in the fall. Sitting in a stadium with the cool wind and warm blankets snuggling underneath with a fellow football fan. I am really interested in someACC Mens Football Championship Tickets so I can experience the fun and eat some yummy hot dogs and drink beer!

One thing I do not understand is the fact that our Verizon Amphitheater closes in the fall. I think it is the best time for out door concerts. It is very close to my house and i would love to see a nice concert outside in the fall with the leaves changing in the background and the wind blowing. I wish I was able to find some VERIZON CENTER TICKETS for fall it would make it all perfect.

Finally reading Breakfast of Champions

Guest post written by Brett Howell

I think that lots of people keep a mental list of all the books that they'd like to read when they get around to it. But I keep an actual list in a Word document on my computer because it's just easier that way. A lot of those book titles are actually by Kurt Vonnegut. I read some of his books in school and have meant to read the rest of his eventually but I guess that life happened so I haven't really gotten around to it.

I was looking up some of those book titles to buy online with my ClearWirelessInternetService and got lucky and found this really big collection of a bunch of his books being sold together for pretty cheap so I went ahead and took that deal even though I had read two or three of them already. I thought they would also just be nice to have to put on my bookshelf.

The first one of those that I'm reading is Breakfast of Champions. I saw the movie a while back and so that's why it was one of the first ones I wanted to read.

Outlaw

Thanks for the post from Nora Mccoy

Outlaw is a new show featuring Jimmy Smits. I was a little hesitant at first to get addicted to another crime show (I currently watch several loyally) but the promise of one of my favorite actors, Jimmy Smits, was too much to pass up. This show currently runs on NBC and is still in its first season. It is one of the few shows that my entire family can agree on watching. It features for United States Justice Cyrus Garza who, after becoming tired of a judicial system that cares more about the law than protecting the people, steps down from the bench and begins practicing law again. He creates a rag-tag team of lawyers and his office is in his home, mostly out of the kitchen. I love the humor that NBC puts into the show. Never has an episode gone that has not had me laughing out loud. It also brings a humanitarian element to the show. Justice Garza takes on human interest cases that test not only his personal beliefs but the constitution and the beliefs of the country. He goes out of his way to make sure that he gives his all in every case even if it does not always match up with his personal beliefs. This is why me and my family tune in week after week on our dish tv.

Next best thing to True Blood

Guest post written by Rodney Schrute

When I have time to do something fun, I fully commit to it. That goes for TV shows and books especially. I watched the whole first season of True Blood in a whole day and then picked up the second season right after that. Then I caught the third season as it aired on TV this summer. So since the third season finale I've been reading all of the books that the show's based off of. Except now my problem is that I'm through with all the ones that are out by now, which is around a dozen I think.

So I went online the other day and found out that the author of the True Blood books has actually written lots of other books too, which people also think are really good. After I was through looking up stuff about them, I saw this site clearwirewimax4g.com and read through it. Right after that I switched over my internet service to it.

I picked up a Charlain Harris mystery at the library, not really realizing that it was a book in a mystery series. Needless to say, IÕm trying to find the rest in that series to read.

My best friends wedding

My best friend is getting married. I am so very excited for them. They have been engaged for a few years and after being very patient the date has been set for January. The ceremony will be lovely. They are going with a less traditional approach to make it their own. I actually prefer this to the standard weddings. I love seeing the creativity. Let's also face it these two are individuals in every way as well. As we all know I am a photographer but she really wants me in the wedding so I have been looking at other Virginia wedding photographers. There are alot to pick from but I really want to find someone that is creative and willing to put a different spin on things. Alot of the Virginia wedding photography seemed to center around the botanical gardens or other flowery type pictures and this is not their style at all.

There are so many lovely areas that would work for photos. Historical areas would be something I would put on my list for something that would suit them. They are going with a more antique styl theme. Victorian almost in feel with a Gothic twist. Her hair will be done up and would be gorgeous photographed in the setting sun. I am looking forward to her wedding and what work Roman Grinev will do. He has a very interesting portfolio for a Virginia wedding photographer. We still have a good bit of time before the ceremony but as we all know they creep up on you in no time. I am glad we have done our research on a photographer.

Bathroom transformation

I recently started a new project around my house. I decided to retile my entire bathroom with something a little more modern. Currently I have a cream colored ceramic tile. It is very outdated and I was looking to go with more clear, crisp coloring. A gorgeous black white and red tile scheme for the kitchen would really pop against the stainless steel. Nice, shiny tiles would keep things looking clean. I installed stainless steel faucets and towel racks. I would like some nice shag style black rugs for the floors so when I get out of the shower my toes sink in.

Finding the right color bathroom tiles can be difficult. I appreciate stores that have samples you can purchase and bring home so you can see the coloring in your own lighting. The bathroom tile project will not be difficult to do once I get all of the materials. I am definitely looking forward to the new look. I found inspiration in some subway tiles I saw in NYC. They were gorgeous and really made an impression on me. It amazes me how the city puts money into such little details. I have to say thank you for the details that inspired me to transform my bathroom into a showcase!

Relaxing, but fun bike riding

Guest post written by Sheila Parker

When I was a kid, I spent so much of my free time - actually most of it - riding on my bike aroudn my neighborhood. Then once I got a little bit older I stopped riding my bike so much. When I was in college I would ride my bike around my college campus to get to classes and everything in time. Then I gave it up for a while. Now I like to ride my bikes with my kids and even ride my bike around town to get to a lot of places like work and the library.

But I'm very concerned with safety, especially when it comes to my kids. I was online the other day buying my daughter a new helmet because the one that she has is getting too small for her and is probably so beat up anyway that she needs a new one. I found one with my clear internet and ordered it for her. While I was at it I found these cute bicycle baskets and bought one for each of us. Then it would be so easy to carry stuff around, like when we take bike rides to the library. Carrying books back and forth can be a problem.

My nephew and math

My nephew has just started the 5th grade this year. I was always a straight A student good with most subjects math being my weakest. When he started school I was looked upon to start tutoring him.

5th grade math does not sound so difficult. I had helped him with his 4th grade math and never had an issue. Simple math was not something I was able to forget. Adding subtraction and other simple equations were easy for me to teach him. Once he entered the 5th grade it seems the math has started to change. I do not remember such a big jump when I was in school. This year my nephews math is far more sophisticated. The learning curve definitely made me get a little more on the ball. It made me giggle as I thought of the show "Are you smarter than a 5th grader". This has made me realize that in math I might not be smarter than a 5th grader lol

I was always good with Algebra 2 and remember the x and y formulas. I did have to do a little refreshing but I was able to help tutor him in this area. He was really eager to learn as he loves problem solving. I think he will be a great engineer or something else that would require heavy use of math. His favorite area of study is more in the visual area. He loves graphing linear equations. Drawing graphs lends to his creative side as well as his analytical side. An area I was a little hazy with was recalling the formula for volume. I think when he hits geometry I will definitely encourage a tutor. Adding fractions will be the next hurdle we will need to cross wish me luck!!

TutorVista is the leading online tutoring company in the world. We offer an incredible unlimited monthly tutoring package for only $99.99 a month for all subjects - students can use our service as much as they want, whenever they need it. Tutoring is available 24X7. We provide free demo for first time user where they can try the service for free.

Bullion and other ways to invest in gold

The price of gold just keeps going up. It is a sound investment for anyone's future. Gold historical has always been a sound investment. Since the value of gold was declared it has been fought for with entire empires crumbling over defending gold mines. Now there are many ways to invest in gold from jewelry to coins to straight bars. Bullion gold bars are the most traditional way. There are investors that help you make such purchases and can handle the paperwork involved to buy bullion. Bullion is heavy and you have to really know what you are doing to trade in it. There is also a nice long term investment in a gold IRA This provides a more piece of mind approach to gold investment. This will allow the professionals to invest appropriately to ensure your IRA.

Gold bullion coins are the most common way to invest. They are safe guarded against forgery better and are so widely dealt with they are a very sound investment. I personally prefer this method. I feel it is easier to know what exactly you are getting. The certificates are nice but this to me is a simpler investment format. Gold trade has been up and prices are always climbing! I would definitely recommend that a person wishing for a good return buy gold bullion. I do not think you will regret it!

New state fair food finds

Guest post written by Darryl White

Each year when I hear that the fair's coming to town, I'm really excited to go and take the kids. But I don't really ride a whole lot of rides with them, I'm kind of scared of them. But I go to keep an eye on them and also try out some of the weird foord that they're hawking at the food vendors booths.

I was looking online with my Clear Wireless Interenet 4G trying to see if I could figure out what kinds of offerings they would have food-wise, but then I decided that I really wanted to be surprised instead. Because I didn't want to think too much about how the stuff would taste before I actually got to try it.

I was pleasantly surprised by all the food that they had when I finally took my kids to the fair. My youngest daughter Alicia just had to have some chocolate covered bacon but then she didn't end up liking it so I finished it off for her, but that seems to happen with at least one of my kids every year. But then I got a hash brown hot dog that was so delicious. p>

Progress with MS

I have a friend named Andrew that was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. I never realized what a debilitating disease it is or the progression. I started doing research for my friend to help find natural alternatives that support and aid in the treatment of the symptoms. Montel Williams announcing his battle with MS has helped educate the general public on the disease. His battle for progress with the disease as well as funding for research will hopefully lead us closer to a cure or better understanding of the disease. The fast that MS affects only 1% of the population really keeps it in the dark more but those that it treats it hits harder than most other diseases. MS treatment goes from dietary to exercise to medicine. Changing your life style definitely is a good start to living a better life with MS. Stress is a large factor in MS which is hard to reduce from your life. I am currently in a very stressful situation and have yet to figure out how to reduce the stress. Taking time for yourself is always a good start. I find it hard during a day of hectic routine and feeling like i am being pulled in 5 different ways at once. I really feel for those with MS as being diagnosed with MS cause an unbelievable amount of stress in itself. When the weight of the world is too much to carry the burden of it is time to step back and allow for some free, new ways of living.

A Ms Diet is not that difficult to take up. It is really about sensible eating and adopting a healthier life style. I have to admit this can benefit all of us. I have been trying to eat more sensible but temptation is always around. Cutting out soft drinks is an easy way to eat better. I find I either want water or soda so I have made the effort to always buy water or get it when I eat out. People with MS find turning to a healthier life style that encompasses all aspects of life from stress to sleeping habits to diet and exercise notice an improved quality of life. I plan on speaking with my friend Andrew and supporting his life style changes in an effort to help reduce the severity of MS in his life.

Haystacks and pumpkins

Guest post written by Melonie Sommers

There's always a lot of fun to be had around this time of the year, or at least I think that there is for me. I just love the fall season and I love making decorations, so I have a whole lot of fun right now.

I'm in charge of putting up the Halloween/fall decorations up this year at my house. I have some great ideas for them too, but I'll admit that I am getting a lot of help from some decorations blogs because I've found some ideas with some. While I was looking through some I came across www.clear-internet.com and after reading through some of it decided to switch over my internet service to it.

I tracked down a haystack from one of our neighbors and plan on setting it in our front yard and arranging some pumpkins on it. With that, well at least with that part of our decorations, I can leave it up through November because it will just look like fall and not specifically Halloween like most of our decorations.

My first solo trip

Guest post written by Martin Call

It's taken a a long time, but I finally planned what I've been wanting to do for a long time, go on a vacation trip all by myself. I've always thought that the people who went on vacation by themselves are so brave.

First I went on Clear Internet to try and decided where exactly I wanted to go. I wanted to go somewhere I had never been before, but had always wanted to go to, England. My nephew had just studied abroad there and he had so much fun.

I booked a week long trip and got my passport made. (I had never been out of the country before.) One of the places that I really wanted to go to was Abbey Road so I could get my picture taken just like the famous Beatles album cover.

I also did a whole lot of other sightseeing. It was so nice to travel by myself and not having to keep up with anyone else or go see things that I don't want to just because a traveling companion does. I'm planning another trip to Paris for during the winter.

the buzzzzzz

So katy perry and elmo whats the deal? I did not know there was an issue?!?! I guess the question is did Elmo tickle Katy Perry? I think that people need to loosen up with these things. If she had a janet jackson moment where her nipple fell out I could definitely see an issue with such an event. They never even aired the episode!?!?! The outfit was pretty hideous i could see if that was the offense that the issue was with. It is not like Katy Perry is Pamela Anderson so how much cleavage is too much? Thats a good question which is very much driven by the size of the boob :D SO just remember next time you see Elmo on sesame street you will have to wonder what other episodes we have been denied?!?!

A Guilty Pleasure: Gossip Girl

I appreciate the guest post, Jamie Guy

Gossip Girl is my favorite teen drama, though it is a guilty pleasure. The story is definitely lacking in quality, but the show makes up for that in other areas. My roommates and I watch Gossip Girl on my DirecTv satellite I orederd at http://www.directstartv.com/directv_current_offer.html.

Every single character on Gossip Girl is socially conscious and worries about what those around them will say and do. Most of the characters have some sort of pristine image to uphold, particularly Blair and Nate, and that can be annoying sometimes. I wish they were just regular middle-class people, and I think the show would be the better for it. However, I do like that the new age of blogging and cell phones are incorporated into the show. Everyone spreads rumors via the web and sends pictures and catty messages. It all contributes to the gossip that surrounds the "it" crowd.

My favorite thing about Gossip Girl is the clothing. I love the dresses that Blair Waldorf wears and I think she's very trendy and definitely dresses the part of a queen bee. Though I can't afford the designer clothes worn by people like Blair, the outfits on the show have inspired many of the pieces in my closet. It's a good show to watch if you're looking to find new ideas for expanding your wardrobe.

The Big Bang Theory

Content by Mauricio Benson

One event I look forward to each and every week is sitting down and watching an episode of "The Big Bang Theory" on my direct tv.

In my opinion, it's the best comedy on television. Fans of the show have appreciated it for years, and now even the critics are taking notice. Jim Parsons, the actor who plays Sheldon Cooper recently won his first Emmy for Best Actor in a Comedy Series.

On the show, Dr. Sheldon Cooper is joined by his roommate Leonard and their two friends Howard and Raj. This show on the surface may look like a comedy farse about 4 geeks and their geeky life. It's really much more than that. Each of the characters struggle with an issue. Sheldon has issues with everything in life, Howard tries too hard to be a player with the ladies, Raj is very insecure and Leonard dates the very attractive Penny who lives across the hall. Penny is no geek, but spends most of her free time hanging out with them.

It's a different adventure each week for the guys who always get themselves into trouble, but find their way out. This season the show moves to Thursday night in a better time slot. Guest stars booked this year include Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak and members of the origianl cast of Star Trek.

Ravenwear academic pants review for men!!

• I’ve a thing for plaid pants for men in SL, maybe because we are not used to wearing them here in France. I like the subdued tones of these ones from Raven Lament. They are offered with sculpty cuffs. Ok, sculpties are good! but OMG such a pain to fit them right following the pattern of the plaid! Fortunately, the pants are very well done and can be worn without the sculpties, they don’t show jagged cuffs (this is a SL bug, but careful designers know how to avoid it). They come in 6 colors (4 shown, plus blue and light grey), they are moddable of course, and copy-no transfer. You can pick your favorite color for 100 Lindens or get the whole pack for 450 Lindens.

Dogs

Well today was another busy day. I decided to perform the dreaded task of doggy maintenance. When you have such furry breeds as I do mainly the chow mixes I am constantly trying to find new ways to tame the fur balls. Yesterday I started the task and shaved my chow shepherd into a lion cut. He was definitely not feeling the oster clippers that I use but I loved them to death! After his shave I decided to use the furminator to remove the poofy cotton balls other wise known as his under coat. The ferminator works very well to remove as much dog fur as possible. I find if I start out furminating them every day I can then go to once a week and still keep the shedding down in my home. Today was bath day for the chow. He definitely hates his bath time as do I considering i have to lug around a 70 pound dog as he is afraid of the bath tub. I can not imagine how it doesn't feel good to have the water spray on your skin. Using some nice hypoallergenic doggy shampoo I washed him and made him smell all nice and fresh. He is starting to look like a handsome guy again! As for me it is now time to go and clean the bath room :(

The Stand: A Great 90's Mini Series

Post contributed by Fletcher Vargas

Stephen King
stories make for great television, and his novel The Stand is no exception. In 1994, it was turned into an award winning mini series by the same name, starring Molly Ringwald, Rob Lowe, and Gary Sinise. It is one of my favorite mini series to watch as a rerun on my Direct TV.

The story is about a virus that wipes out the majority of the population within the United States, and how the people who survived it cope and exist with one and other. As with all of Stephen King's stories, it includes elements of the super-natural and dream sequences that become central to the plot of the story. It is a very character driven story, with focus on the individuals who survived and their past problems and personalities. As former factory worker Stuart Redman, Gary Sinise stands out in the series for his leadership and acting ability. The series follows different groups of people as they come together in the post epidemic chaos and attempt to establish some kind civil order. It ultimately ends up as a battle between two main groups - each representing sides of good and evil. The Stand is a great mini series to watch on a rainy weekend, curled up with popcorn and a blanket.

september 22nd

So what is going on September 22nd? Well since you asked it is the premier of the new season of Dexter! I am just now finishing up the tv series weeds and they have started to advertise for Dexter. I love their choice of music by Mansell. His score is truly mesmerizing. It really fits the series and the new challenges Dexter, America's favorite serial killer, will face. The death of Rita and the new baby will be a new twist on the life of blood analyst Dexter Morgan. I am having a little get together party for the premier so we can all watch it in style on Dish Network. I can always count on tv to be available when I want it. There are so many packages. Alot of people worry about local programming when they go to dish tv but there is nothing to worry about. It is available and easy to access. All I know is dish network keeps me watching Dexter and my other favorite tv shows without hassle or worry.

I used to have cable but for me it was not a true bargain. The customer service was horrible and wait times on the phone were ridiculous. I definitely do not regret getting rid of cable. Nothing is perfect but so far this is the closest I have found. When you read the TV service guide you can see in black and white there is nothing to fear. I just like life to be simplified. There is so much with hectic American life that gives us hassle who wants our tv to. That is meant to be a time to relax and sit back and kinda zone out on the world around us. I find nothing wrong with tv time after you have accomplished all you need to in the day. Sometimes i think the mind needs a place to be able to rest and kinda run free and tv provides that. So again September 22nd is the return of Dexter and I know I will be watching it with friends and having a great time!

Fashion Friendly TV?

Authored by Rickey Combs

Okay, so I have to admit, I am a fanatic for the fashion statements made on the “Keeping Up with the Kardashions”! Becuase of my obsession I had to find out how much does DirecTV cost so I could get it and keep up! These ladies; Kris, Kourtney, Kim, and Klohe are always sporting some of the neatest fashions. Naturally with owning a clothing boutique, these ladies are not strangers to great style.

Aside from all the entertaining drama going on within these ladies lives, they always seem to be able to strut through it all looking flawless. From all the knee high boots to strange pajama's you tend to get the hang of the “theme's” they are after. Sometimes, it is like a bad song that you just cannot get out of your head. It tends to just grow on you. I guess that is what it is like to live on the cutting edge of style.

Nevertheless, these women know what it takes to maintain a FABUOULS look regardless if it is something that you could never see yourself in or not, they seem to make it work. You can also find their look-a-like styles broadcast all over the net, magazines, and newspapers. Something has to be working for them, right?

Keeping Up with the Kardashions, is one of my all time FAVORTIE shows to watch on satellite T.V.! I enjoy the fun witted, fashion icons these women have become. Tell me what you think? Do these women have a fashion sense to arouse your fashion “taste buds”?

Can Talk Be Original?

Contribution by Paula Gonzales

Talk shows have been around for decades. I admit, I am a big fan of evening and late night talk shows, more so than morning ones. Perhaps part of that has to do with the fact that I do not like waking up early or that I'm addicted to the great California DIRECTV deals I got, but I digress. There are several talk show hosts who really have my attention more than most. These include, but are not limited to Jimmy Fallon, Conan O'brien and Craig Ferguson. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy Jay Lenno and David Letterman on occasion, but possibly my favorite talk show hosts are those first three I listed. Allow me to explain. Jimmy Fallon is awkward and goofy. Yes, during his first few days hosting a talk show he was a little too awkward, but right now I really enjoy all of the little acts in his show like "Lick it for 10," or "Spin that Wheel of Carpet Samples." Conan O'brien, while he may not currently have a show, was possibly my favorite talk show host in general. During the writers strike, all of his material on Late Night was his own. It was genius, it was funny, it was reminiscent of the old days of SNL. Last but not least, Craig Ferguson is very silly. His silly nature really brings out the childish humor in me. Need I say more?

A Different Kind Of True Crime Show

Guest post written by Christine Duncan

Most true crime shows are entertaining. They might be about an unsolved crime, detectives bringing in potential suspects for questioning, or even psychics. But if you want something that is really unlike all the other true crime shows out there, you have to watch Locked Up Abroad. I have been trying to tell people about this show for years. If they don't listen to me, either they don't trust my judgment or they're dumb. Based on the people I associate with, the latter is a more likely possibility. They're more interested in American Idol and Ugly Betty than Locked Up Abroad.

What is Locked Up Abroad? There are two versions of the show. The first and more common version is a reenactment about someone who tried smuggling drugs from one country to another. As you might have guessed from the title, they get caught. Their sentences can lead to desperate attempts at survival because of unruly prisons, attempts at escape, and trying to find loop holes to get transferred to the United States or United Kingdom. If they get transferred, they will have a shorter sentence. The other version of the show is about people getting captured while hiking in unlawful countries. These episodes can be extremely disturbing, so be prepared.

I have been watching Locked Up Abroad on bestchoicetv satellite tv for about three years now. I can only hope that they will continue to produce new episodes.

LOVE the WWW

Thanks to Darwin Barton

I need my internet connection to be secure, and my broadband internet bundle makes that possible. Reliability is key to getting what I need done and finding out information for personal and work projects.

The online world helps me find things to do with my daughter, such as play places to go to or events like the air and water show. I'm always trying to find something new so that she can experience as much as possible and learn something new often. We also spend time online watching videos and on a few websites for children her age.

I also surf online for fun and enjoyment playing online games and staying in touch with friends and family on social networking sites. I don't know what I would do without the internet since it is such a big part of my day. I also go online to take surveys and on points sites with hopes of earning a teeny bit of extra income. I figure, since I'm already there, why not make something from it.

The internet is also a great resource for me in finding new recipes and advice in baking and frosting cakes. Overall, the World Wide Web is very important to me and the functionality of my life because it has everything I need and/or want to know.

inbox Dollars

Would you like to earn some extra cash? Try inbox dollars. You get paid for reading emails. I have personally made a few hundred dollars off of this site. They are amazing and you can request payment as soon as you earned $30. You get paid to shop, use coupons, try different services, etc. There are so many ways to earn. I used it alot when i was sending flowers as I would make back 4% per purchase via inbox dollars.

Rats as pets

Rats make the most amazing pets! I had 4 rats but I am sad to say I had to put one of my rats to sleep yesterday. She was such a sweetheart and fought til the end. She had pneumonia. It is so frustrating I took her to the vet and medicated her for weeks trying to save her. It seems when they get sick because their little bodies can not handle it makes it impossible to save them :(

Girl living in football world

Recently my life has changed drastically. I know have two roommates living in my house. For those of you that know me I am a girl that is not so into sports. With the addition of my newest roommate Brett I am finding myself watching more football. Every day I come home it is tuned to ESPN. I now understand a thing or two about football, the teams, and the stadiums.
GILLETTE STADIUM TICKETS would make a great gift for Brett. He is more of a redskins fan but the sheer location and excitement linked to the Patriots and their home stadium would make him drool. Brett is easily enamored with the sight of football tickets so he would definitely be a fan!

On the other hand we have my other roommate Joe. He is a long standing Chicago Bears fan from way back in the days of the super bowl shuffle. That is before it was illegal for the players to perform long dances when making a touchdown. His speed would be more to go and get SOLDIER FIELD TICKETS. I think I would enjoy the history behind Soldier Field more then anything. It would be cool just to be able to say you saw a game there.

To go back to Brett he lived in San Diego for many years before returning to Virginia. It is funny that Virginia does not really have a football seem per say. Sad if you ask me!?!?! How can a state that has a lot of history not have a football team? Anyway, Brett would love a chance to go back to San Diego. He had seen many games at Qualcomm Stadium and would love the chances to get QUALCOMM STADIUM TICKETS. I think he would be happy to see any game there.
I am a girl not really into sports surrounded by male roommates than can not get enough of it! Heaven help me I will either change my name and move away or become a die hard football fan... Wish me luck!

Californication the way of the new world of sitcoms!

I am so excited for the newest season of Californication to start. I just introduced my friend Brett to the series so we re watched the on demand last season on showtime on local tv satellite. David Duchovny really is an under rated actor if you ask me. He is very talented and believable in the roles he places. I love the series for it's in your face humor and the fact that these scenarios do exist. I never knew that life could parallel tv shows so much especially a tv show of this type! Frank Moody is an amazing character filled with alot of complexity. You see him raising his daughter even though he has an issue with fidelity and womanizing. An interesting twist on the typical sitcom family. I also like the fact that they feature him as an artist which also keeps the flow of the bohemianism. localtv-satellite.com is a great way to be able to have access to these tv shows and enjoy watching the drama that unfolds with every day in the life of Hank Moody. It never will seize to amaze you! Especially once Rick Springfield gets involved in the show and the plot line. I can not stop laughing as Runkle and Rick Springfield interact on what can only lead to a disastrous end!

I really love most of the series on showtime. They are hot and fresh. The differences in the variety they offer is amazing from Califonication to Dexter to Weeds which is also another show i have started to watch. All are a twist on life and really make you see the world from a new perspective. I could not choose a favorite but I do still adore Dexter I am hoping this new season brings it! So tune in to Californication and see what I am raving about I think the new season begins around September 22nd. Be sure you are hooked up with
www.localtv-satellite.com
before season starts!

Pilgirmage to Texas

This summer has been so hot! I have been looking forward to fall but am definitely enjoying the heat. Well more the activities I can do during it. Summer always seems like a great time to go on road trips. Just throw caution to the wind and head out to explore America! I had not done much exploring out west. I am from Virginia and the furthest south or west I ever went was Illinois and south was Florida. So this year seemed like the perfect opportunity to take a trip to somewhere completely new! So my friend Kelly and I set out to head to Texas! I heard Texas was it's own creature and no other state was even remotely like Texas. We loaded up her Acura Integra and headed west! Of course being girls we made an awesome i pod play list for the trip! We were looking at a 1393.03 mile trip so we made sure to be prepared for the long times in the car. We made alot of stops along the way but had our hearts set on making it to Houston! We did stop in New Orleans which was amazing. I had never seen that area of the country. It was definitely weird to be below sea level. Staying over for a night really helped re energize us for the last leg of the trip.

We arrived in Texas on a Sunday and immediately noticed the heat coming off the road. It was like a blurry picture being painted in the distance. The difference in the scenery from Virginia was just breath taking. We arrived at our hotel in houston and were ready to sleep!! The next day we were up and at em to see the sights. Texas was very hospitable. The tex mex was tantalizing on my taste buds. I never thought I could eat so much of it! We had to drop the car off for a tune up and also we got an oil change. Better to be safe since we did have to make the over 1300 mile trip back. No one wants to get stuck in the bayou with car troubles. Kelly is soooo responsible anyway. It was great we were lucky to find Houston auto repair to show us our options since we had no idea where a good repair shops was at. The car was done while we saw more sights and enjoyed the dry Houston heat. After a week in Texas we made our way back to the east coast stopping at cool places along the way. It was definitely a summer trip to remember!

Everybody Loves Raymond

Guest post of the week by Val Flores

Everybody Loves Raymond is one of the best shows ever aired on television. I sit back and watch it everyday on the tv I got after I checked out direct tv pricing packages. Raymond is a sports writer for a news column who lives with his wife and their kids. His mother, father, and brother live across the street. They are always over at Raymond's house and the mother, Marie, annoys them all the time. The father, Frank, is always grumpy and is only worried about eating. Raymond's brother, Robert, is a cop and the family obviously favors Raymond over Robert. Marie is always nagging Debra, Raymond's wife, about her cooking and cleaning and trying to show her how to do things right. Stars include Ray Romano, Patricia Heaton, Brad Garrett, and Peter Boyle. In one episode Raymond is trying to get a job writing a book. Robert is promoted to Lieutenant and the family pretty much ignores his accomplishment, like always. They cannot believe that someone turned Raymond down for anything. Raymond is always the one that gets everything and Robert usually gets nothing. This show is just so funny. The cast is always playing jokes on people and trying to hide something from somebody. It usually comes out in the end. It is always worth watching. I try to never miss an episode.

AC/DC a few decades later

Guest post written by Steve Stoyer

When I heard that AC/DC was going on tour again about a year and a half ago, I was so excited. I saw them in concert back in the ‘70s and knew that this would be a show that I wouldn’t want to miss.

My wife bought me tickets for Christmas and we went together. We had lower level tickets and it was spectacular. I didn’t exactly have trouble hearing the music, it was pretty loud, but I knew that it had to be louder than I was hearing it because we were in a huge arena filled me thousands of people.

On our way home I told my wife that I kind of had some trouble hearing the music and she said that I must have hearing loss because it was deafening. The next day she made me call miricle ear and book a consultation appointment about getting a hearing aid. I went and it seemed like I was having hearing problems. I got some hearing aids and have been to a few concerts since then without any hearing trouble.

Gambling the night away

A few months ago I took a trip to Dover Delaware to go and visit Dover Downs for my first gambling experience. When I first walked in it was insane. The lights were amazing and the sounds from the machines ringing filled the air. I sat and watched as there were lines of people playing slots. The variation of people playing was surprising apparently the thrill of gambling and the ambiance of machine lure cross all boundaries. I walked in and got my card for the slots. I looked at the insane amount of choices for types of machines and tried to pick one I felt drawn to. As I sat down and inserted my cash card I pulled the trigger and let er rip. I won a whole 50 cents lol still somehow it was exciting. So again and pulled the lever and again. I only spent a few hours at the casino but it was definitely an experience. I have to admit I do tend to prefer online gambling though. It is nice to be able to sit in the comfort of your own home and play cards with a chance to win some money. I love the fact that you can have fun and also make money if you are good at it! The ambiance of the casinos are fun but when you can not make it to somewhere you can gamble you can always pull up your pc chair and sit down for your own little casino experience. I do not gamble often online but I have found some great places to do it. I am very cautious with online gambling but so far have had no bad experiences. I guess everything in life is a gamble technically. I have not made a killing but I have won a few times. It is always nice to have the extra cash it is like a little present you did not count on. I like black jack. It is a nice easy card game. I do hope to learn poker one day! Everyone seems to have a ball playing poker. I just can not always remember what trumps what. I need a chat sheet and I do not think gamblers like those lol I do hope to go to las vegas one day to see the real casinos but until I can do that let me have my fun at home!

The Best Summer Concert Event

Thanks for the article from Jermaine Haynes

The best summer concert event of all time is of course 98.9's annual Rockfest! This concert features 2 stages with several bands performing on each. Rockfest lasts all day and night long, so when going to this type of event, be prepared. I attend Rockfest every year, no matter who is on the line up. This year I went with my teenage children who were so happy when I logged onto the internet to purchase our tickets and to get more information.

This year at Rockfest, Papa Roach, Halestorm, Rev Theory, Seether, Drowning Pool, Godsmack, and Three Days Grace all performed on the main stage. The concert was absolutely amazing. Seether had a really good performance with their old and new songs. Papa Roach was another favorite of mine. That lead singer Jacoby sure knows how to sing. The boys preferred Three Days Grace, and said that they really knew how to rock.

I went to this concert because I wanted to take my teenage boys to their first concert ever. They had the time of their lives. The grass was so muddy that people were making mudslides and sliding down the hill. By the time the concert was finished, we looked like a bunch of pigs that had been rolling around in the mud. All that matters was that the boys had the time of their lives. I will attend this concert next year; however it is being debated whether or not it will be at Liberty Memorial next time due to the clean up. Either way if you are looking for the concert event of the season, try Rockfest for an amazing time!

Gym

I am an avid gym goer. I try to workout atleast 3 days a week and do cardio for an hour as well as toning exercises for another 45 minutes. I go to planet fitness which I adore. I workout on the elliptical the treadmill and various toning machines. I wish I could get motivation to go back to five days a week. Anyone have any tips or tricks on how to do this? I did have a workout buddy but that can be unreliable and give you one more reason to not go. I feel better working out so that keeps me going back!

My Zimbio
Top Stories

inbox dollars

I currently use inbox dollars as a way to make extra cash. you do get paid to read ads or to take surveys I have made a nice little bit of money from doing this. You also get paid for shopping or printing out and using coupons I highly recommend it for anyone looking to make money while doing something they already do.

My bunny

I have a bunny that I rescued 11 years ago from a local shelter. He was a stray found running loose. At some point he was someone's pet bunny as he is tame, friendly and loves people. I do not understand how people can just discard something that they once loved. It is very obvious a rabbit can not live on their own in the wild. They are lacking the proper skills and instincts not to mention the ability to blend in. I have had him for 11 long years and I love him very much. sadly he is getting older. He is unable to do the things he used to do. I am worried I will not have him much longer :( He has always been an amazing bunny and I adore him.

Chappelle's Show is hilarious!

Contributed by Alvin Graves

The first person that comes to mind whenever I think of comedy, is Dave Chappelle. I have watched almost every outrageous performance he has ever done, and I absolutely love it! I even set my directtv to record it, just in case I cannot get home in time.

Chappelle really pushes the limits with his acts. Every week, he comes out on to the stage, prepared to go that extra mile to make the punch lines better, giving the crowd and the people watching from home what they want. Some people may argue that some of his shows are a bit extreme, but after all, it is marked as adult oriented material. There is even a disclaimer before the show ever begins, informing the audience that adult content may be included.

One of my favorite skits of his, and probably one of the most controversial, is his "Tyrone" character. Tyrone is a crack-head who constantly finds himself in ridiculous situations that would never occur in real life. My favorite Tyrone skit is when he meets the infamous rapper, "Snoop Doggy Dogg."

Snoop is in a musical studio when suddenly Tyrone busts through the door with some musical input of his own. His 'lyrics' consist of tales about his childhood and crack. The response he gets from Snoop, who apparently was unaware of the prank, was priceless.

Concerts and the feeling of being a sardine

Recently I went to go see a show. I was excited to head to the venue and get all dressed up so I could enjoy some great entertainment. As I pulled into the parking lot it was definitely a packed event! The hustle and bustle of people walking up to the stadium made it all the more exciting. As we neared the entrance area this is when things got out of hand. It seems they had no real levels of crowd control. People were pushing and cutting in the lines to get in. The lines all merged together into one cacophony of people. The lack of barricades was very apparent. People were swarming trying to get in at the same time. You would think there was a celebrity right on the other side of the door. I do not understand why people are so impatient. It is better to just get in line and wait out your turn! As the crowds slowly funneled inside. Inside the door they finally used some stanchions to keep a bit of order. What is funny you would think this was a metal show and it was just a comedy show! So why people were so rude I will never get. Once inside and in my seat the night really kicked off. I had a good laugh and enjoyed a good time with friends despite the crowd control and the fact that I felt packed like a sardine at the start and by the end of the night I felt like I was lead in with a velvet rope! It was a really good show I never laughed so hard for so many hours!

Curbside decor

I was wanting to redo my landscaping and bring some new curb side appeal to my house. The first thought is to redo the vast flower beds that surround my home. I currently have some gorgeous lantana plants as well as an array of black-eyed susans. I do love to garden but also love to have other little lawn ornaments that accentuate the flowers. I purchased some gorgeous solar lights that have an old lantern feel to them. I also got an adorable solar lighted frog. It is really adorable and is sitting on a rock. These small changes really do bring a lot to the presence of my house. I scanned the rest of the street to see what else I could do to make my home stand out. I noticed a vast difference in mailboxes. They really brought a different feel to each house from the more standard to cute custom designs that matched the houses paint scheme. The mailbox I currently have did not really do much for my house just the standard old metal type with no special colors or design. I started looking online and was very surprised to see that there are over 2500 different designs available! I searched through the listing for Residential Mailboxes and found the most adorable design. A blink shadowbox Fleur di Lis wall mailbox is what my eye rested on. I am very excited to receive it an add it to the new design and add to my curbside appeal. You do not have to spend a fortune to give your home a make over for either you or if you are planning to put it up on the market. Research shows homes with a bright, welcoming feel remain on the market for a shorter period of time then homes that are boring and not welcoming.
