Pricing to rent half the island and more info

half the island is 7500 prims for 45,000 lindens or 1/4 of the island which is 3250 prims and the cost is $22,500 lindens per month. Rent would be due on the 1st of the month. You would have control over your part of the island and it would be private separated from my side by water and you would have full control over the parcel etc. It would just be a flat island for you to make commercial residentual whatever you prefer!
